Effective date: April 28, 2026

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using CLI Connect ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of service

CLI Connect provides remote terminal access from an iPhone to a Mac or Windows desktop running the open-source cli-connect-agent. The app connects over your local network or through a cloud relay operated by the developer.

Account

You sign in with your Apple ID or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Subscription

CLI Connect offers an auto-renewable subscription ("CLI Connect Pro") billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

  • Gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have permission to access.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual property

The app and its original content are owned by Zannatun Sheum. The cli-connect-agent and protocol are open source under the MIT license.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
